Placed an online order which never turned up. Both their listed phone numbers ring but no one picks up. No one has answered any of my emails either. Seems they've DONE A RUNNER.

An extremely knowledgable and helpful Company. Yes they only work by email, no phone. But I did not find this a drawback. Emails were replied to rapidly, information given clearly and concisely. No complaints from me. A 5 star service. Can't go wrong. Placed a big order for a commercial premises and am happy with everything.
