Use this company with caution. Their service contracts are useless. If any part of your installation requires repair their charges are a complete rip off. A 10 PIR on Amazon cost 75 according to SPY plus the installation cost. It's cheaper to get burgled. Daylight robbery.

Service contract (originally Crown) for 12yrs now, yet last maintenance visit now 4 months overdue, no one turned up twice in a row for appointments, now no response from company. Already paid next years service contract. Disappointing to revert to review but having paid 2 yrs for nothing, very disappointed.

I use the company for Intruder alarm maintenance and Toni the engineer was very punctual and did a great job. He was thorough, explained everything and was very nice and curteous. Both the company and the engineers are doing a great job and 2 of my neighbours are now their clients too.

I cannot recommend Spy Alarms enough! I have recently gone with this security company to maintain my intruder alarm system. They have recently come out as my alarm was faulty and the engineer arrived very quickly and was very professional and friendly. I am also considering purchasing some more security from them as they supply a wide range of security at an affordable price! Would highly recommend.
