I assume this item is for flush fitting only, but I want to mount the units on the surface of a door, what do I need? I already have a surface mount bracket but I want to fit this to a frameless glass door, what do I need? You have an option called "Both items above", what does this mean? What glass thickness can the brackets accommodate?
