Top notch! We were asked to wait for just under two weeks as they were very busy and had to order some bespoke systems for us but then everything was done across the whole site in under 48hrs. Really good service.

We ordered an alarm from P and R alarms four years ago. We had it regularly serviced, although we missed the service last year. I rang because the alarm is malfunctioning asking for help and the service man told me there was no record of me beyond address and I was 'dead on the system'. He also told me he was loathe to say it but I should just find another company and they were fully booked. Finding someone for the system Pand R installed is complex All my paper work and connections are through P and R. It seems to me a company that takes so little responsibility for the longer term care of its clients and that is unwilling and unhelpful around systems it has set up, deserves some criticism.
