Following intermittent issues with my current 8 cam cctv, I was recommended to try DDS. After checking out their website which has some very useful information I contacted by phone and spoke to Sam who was extremely helpful. We discussed my problems and he suggested that I replace my NVR which he assured me would work with my third party cameras. A quotation was promptly emailed to me. I collected new NVR from Sam several days later connected existing cameras and with help from Edward on the support helpdesk was up and running in a couple of hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending DDS, their overall customer service was outstanding.
