Alarm had a power link failure although internet seemed fine. Made a call to the office and engineer contacted me by phone in just over an hour. The engineer talked me through the setup on the main control box and the problem was easily resolved. Thank you Panther.

We have been with Panther Security for 7 years. During that time we have always found their services to be punctual and professional. We have had to call them out on several occasions and their response has always been very prompt. The alarm system is serviced once a year and once again is always carried out in a professional manner. Our recent service was carried out last week and Reece who did the service was very polite, friendly and carried out the service in a confident efficient manner. We had a query about a problem which occurred at night. I called the next morning and despite being very busy because of extreme weather conditions, an engineer (Tom) telephoned us and was able to resolve the problem remotely. Very polite, professional and efficient - thank you
