Asked for a car key to be cut and the service, professionalism and honesty was exceptional and I really appreciated the time and effort taken to cut the key for me. The cost was very reasonable for a time consuming job and all the staff were very friendly. Great service and highly recommended!

Terrible sales service. Purchased a lock. Carpenter fitted and it did not work the key would not turn. Both staff including the person who sold me the refused to return the item because of missing packaging. Better off buying online at cheaper prices save yourself time and trouble of real people making what they think are clever decisions on returning an item.

Dealt with Dave - who owns the company now. FANTASTIC. No puff/hot air, just an efficient call out which resulted in him fixing problem with our troublesome locking mechanism which many did not want to know about! On the way out, noticed our deadlock did not feel quite right on front door - sorted it in 5 minutes at no extra cost. Old school 'trades' company - why are there not more like this? Excellent - definitely recommend
