Nice hotel close in the middle of Cardiff city center. Restaurant offers a variation of breakfast. Menu small but good quality. Staff is extraordinary friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Parking might be a problem. Gym available but no SPA. Generally I would recommend this place.

I have used PPM on a number of occasions and cannot fault the service they offer. Most recently I called in need of a replacement door lock and a locksmith was with me within the hour. I usually deal with Andrew who is great, very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Ripped off in the shop in Cardiff. Charged 29.99 for a locker lock (which didn't work!) which retails at, no more than, 11.00 anywhere else! When asked why, he stated that being the owner he could charge whatever he wants? Thieves!

Can't thank PPM LOCKSMITH enough for all their help last week. I needed a till key cut from an original, slightly bent key. They cut one for me but insisted if it didn't work to take it back with the till and they'd see what they could do. It didn't work So I went back with the key and the till and hey presto 15 mins later it was all working! Excellent service and customer care! I will definitely be using them again. Thank you
