This place has it al to turn your home into a fortress. Now it's not really a great reality ot have to come to terms with, but we need to keep our valuables safe - and how do we do that? By making sure they are secure, which in turn gives us security - so therefore I suppose Thorne Security are the ideal company to turn to in times of needing to make things safe! What I particularly like about these guys more than their actua business itself is the decoration of the front of the shop over special ocassions, i'm particularly fond of their huge Poppy over the Rememberance period and also the big ribbon's they put up during the Christmas celebrations, it really adds something to these times, especially a real poignancy for Rememberance Sunday. These guys offer up a wide range of itmes to keep the home and those valuables secure - locks, alarms, chains! This place is particularly ideal for all those budding escape artists out there!

I often feel that security companies try their hardest to sound like elite Special Forces teams or something. Shadow security, Falcon and Swift are some names I've come across in the past usually associated with event security. Thorne Security is no exception in this line of militant names. This is a shop that specialises in property security. Now we're talking big, chunky locks. Sometimes I come in here just to feel safe and secure, happy in the knowledge that titanium and steel reinforced cables and bolts are just a hand's grab away. Safes, hidden safes, chains to lock a motorbike, bolts to hold down a bull and many more wonderful items line the walls. There's also a wealth of information behind the till on home security and which lock is best for you. Things are closer to the high end on the price scale but you're definitely paying for quality.

For all your security and peace of mind needs! You can't help but feel like your doing something a bit wrong when you go in her and start buying loads of heavy locks and re-inforced cables! But if you need to secure something, than you need to secure it. The shop covers anything from a large busines wanting some mega safes or security doors to an individual who might want a secure cable to lock thier laptop onto a table at university, or a safe to stop a prying brother from steeling some hard earned pocket money. Worth a visit for any one intrested in gadgets, not those namby pamby electrical ones, but manley house pretecting ones!
