The boss insists that agency drivers who've already been stuck for hours due to the breakdown of their van complete their deliveries in non-roadworthy vehicles or they won't get paid any money at all. Fortunately for Independent Ductwork Ltd the agency paid the wages otherwise IDL would be having to deal with time-consuming legal action. Terrible attitude from their criminally dishonest boss.
