Appalling service, avoid. The reply from oaks is not correct. They did not like the fact that my wife was chasing them for the third time. She was not rude or abusive. I heard all the call.

I would highly recommend Oaks CCTV to anyone looking for a company that can provide a clear and independent assessment of requirements and then design, supply and install the perfect solution. Communication was excellent over the whole process from initial brief to hand over of the system. Any issues arising from the installation were raised in good time to avoid delay and unnecessary additional costs.
