Bill has been a lifesaver today. Called him to change our door lock. Was round and changed in half an hour. Very friendly and great quick service. Later in the day due to an accident with the new keys(!) Bill came straight out and came to our rescue again. Would absolutely highly recommend. Thank you

Called out, came same day. Had a rather unusual door, and a rather unusual problem, but a bit of creative thinking, some bolt cutters and some lateral thinking and I was left with a door that works! Couldn't recommend more, if you have a problem with your locks, give him a call! A1 service, thanks so much!

Very happy with the services of Bill at The Bedford Locksmith. Called him yesterday to explain an issue with my front door multi-point locking system. Arranged to come out this morning at 11am to fix it. Arrived on time (slightly early in fact) and got straight down to it. Soon figured out the issue and had a replacement gearbox for it in the van. Whole lot sorted in 45mins and I'm very pleased with the results. Would recommend and will use again.

My neighbour locked herself out with her key in the lock. After finding no way in we called Bill, who responded pretty much straight away despite it being the weekend. He did his magic and got my neighbour back into her house with no damage and at a very reasonable charge. Would highly recommend. Service: Building lockouts
