We have had a house alarm installed for many years and in very good working order. It was installed and maintained by a sole trader who has provided a good service. In the last couple of years however he has gone away for 6 months and been unable to respond to anything other than emergency calls. We looked around for a reputable company to take over the maintenance and monitoring of our system. After writing off many of the national players for various reasons we came across AAI.
The reviews looked good. We found someone who had an AAI installation and they were very complimentary. A short phone call led to a site visit by Andy. He exuded knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. He produced a very detailed specification and competitive quote. The engineers were punctual, polite and friendly. The job was completed on time according to schedule and thus far we have been very impressed with AAI and everyone we have thus far come into contact with. Hopefully this will be the start of a very good long-term partnership.

Seriously good company. Excellent service, Very professional which is what you want from a security company. Had our house alarmed with them after a major renovation. Any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently and their office guys are always polite and great to deal with. Our office uses another local company for its security and i can tell you for a fact that AAI are infinity better then them and they quoted the same so win win.

AAI Security are my preferred choice in this field. From their Engineers right up to their Management Teams they are always pleasant and ready to help. They offer an excellent service to our Company. We have worked closely with them for many many years and they now include our Portable Fire Equipment in their service to us, much to my relief as our previous 'well known' supplier was extremely poor and terrible value for money. I would have no problem recommending AAI to anyone looking for a Service supplier. Help is always just one phone call away.

From the initial consultation, it was very clear that they were extremely knowledgeable and were the right choice for us. The monitoring station who monitor the alarm are also really helpful and have been excellent when we needed to get in touch with them.
