This company states clearly on their website that they provide a 24 hour emergency locksmith service, however when I was locked out of my flat (late at night on my own) it took me 20 minutes to get through to a very rude person who told me they didn't offer such a service. Considering they fitted the lock and charged a lot more than similar local companies I was quite surprised they couldn't provide a better service.
