Just had Scott Blundell here to fix our front door lock and wanted to say how professional he was, he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and did a really good job. Very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend Scott and City Lock and Safe. Congratulations on your anniversary!

Excellent & understandable advice beforehand. The 2 engineers who then came and fitted the various locks & handles were competent and explained things as they went. They left the work areas clean and tidy. All in all very satisfied with the work.

We had used this company previously for locks, but needed a safe moving. We phoned our alarm people and they immediately recommended using City Lock and Safe. We contacted them on a Thursday afternoon and, on Friday morning, at 11 am prompt as arranged, two very friendly people duly turned up and introduced themselves as Andy and James, They helped us make the final decision as to the best position for the safe and then worked quickly and efficiently, leaving absolutely no mess. We would heartily recommend them for any security needs.
