Emergency Locksmith
Our 24/7 emergency locksmith service responds rapidly to lockouts, lost keys, and security breaches. Using advanced tools, we handle cylinder and mortice locks, UPVC doors, and garage locks without damaging property. Engineers carry stock from major manufacturers to resolve issues during the first visit.
Key Cutting
We offer precision key cutting for house, car, and high-security keys using computer-guided machines. Services include transponder keys, keys to code, and numbered security keys. Our blanks ensure durability and accuracy, avoiding the wear issues of budget alternatives.
Master Key Systems
Custom master key systems allow tiered access for landlords, businesses, and multi-site operations. We design suites with grand master keys, sub-masters, and change keys, ensuring security while simplifying access management. Systems are maintained in-house with secure records.
Burglar Alarms
We install Visonic PowerMax wireless alarm systems with PIR sensors, door contacts, and optional accessories like flood detectors. Systems include mobile app alerts and central monitoring. Packages start at 475 with installation, offering flexible expansion and professional-grade protection.
UPVC Repairs
Specialist UPVC door and window repairs restore functionality and security. Services include hinge replacement, lock upgrades, and draught-proofing. We use manufacturer-approved parts to ensure longevity and maintain property aesthetics.

Jake came and fixed our UPVC door when the handle snapped off. Very efficient, very friendly, explained what needed doing and also gave us some advice for the future. Very reasonable pricing too. I will certainly recommend this company to others. Many thanks!

Dany fitted a new lock and key safe today. Rang first to give an ETA. Very professional, polite and friendly. Very patiently went through the key safe code setting pointing out the pitfalls. Very happy with the price and overall service from Grays.

I was trying to find someone to set new locks on my motorcycle panniers and called Grays without any big expectations. Then I found John who's biker himself and fantastic guy at his job. I can not be more satisfied with everything. Highly recommend Grays Locksmiths!

Grays were great when the multi lock mechanism broke on our front door (typically on a Sunday!) The replacement part we needed wasn't in stock but Danny came to ensure our home was temporarily secure whilst the part was ordered in. The new part was fitted by Luke within a couple of days. Both Danny and Luke were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend!

Great service today, needed a door handle changing and the guy that came out was lovely. Quick, efficient and friendly. He also serviced the locking mechanism and gave my brother some advice as well. Would happily recommend. Thank you!
