Called to get a spare BMW diamond key for E39 5 Series, said they didn't do BMW but after explaining the problem (one button not working) they were very kind to offer me some helpful advice and diagnosis steps on how to get it working. Thank you so much Makesafe! Simon did a great job for me, helping me to select the right safe and then making sure it was installed correctly.

I snapped my key in my front door. I rang this company on Friday 12th February 2021 and the service they provided was outstanding. The locksmith attended within half an hour and was polite helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, he gave me some good advice around what may have happened and was able to retrieve my broken key without breaking the lock. I would definitely use and recommend this company again. Thank you for a great service.

A friendly little place on Balls Road Birkenhead offering a good key cutting service at competitive prices. They also have their own burglar alarms which they fit and service. This place has stood the test of time as it's been here for years. Easy to park outside the shop on the main road. Probably offer other services than those I have mentioned.
