We were having technical issues with our system and I was assisted by a lovely gentleman called Nazir. He was very patient, thorough and friendly throughout the whole process. He managed to help us work out the issue. I was very impressed by his expertise, knowledge and how he carried himself. So happy and grateful for all his help. Would defiantly recommend him to anyone that has a similar issue.

Purchased hikvision camera over 18 months ago. Recently changed broadband and they went offline. Called up and spoke to Naz who was super helpful and spent about 40/45 minutes talking me through everything. Me and my dad are not technical what so ever so we really appreciate the help and having so much patience with us over the phone.
