Absolutely terrible company to work for. Paranoid management, if your face fits. OBVIOUSLY has an issue with people from Burnley. Always late dropping/collecting keys, and had to personally deliver them myself to office after a 13 hour shift numerous times. No site management or visits, AI's were 3 years out of date, and terrible phone attitude when you needed to ring office. Ending my employment contract was the best move made in 2017.walked straight into mobile response with another company and never looked back.
I now receive regular training on the latest alarm systems, and have a dedicated comms team for any issues that may arise. Also using the latest pda tech with all the info i need at the touch of a button. All this means that I can resolve 99% of alarm trouble myself without involving an engineer, , this keeps customer charges and prices DOWN. YES.there's definitely better alarm response companies out there.
