Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Even temporarily replaced all my old locks with anti-snap whilst my Ultion locks were on order, even though only one lock was damaged. I very rarely recommend tradesmen but will definitely recommend Andy to my family and friends.

Outstanding service very quick and friendly couldn't do enough for you, sourced and fitted new external door locking mechanism which had broken on me. Andy made time to come and see me the same day even though I called late afternoon. Would definitely recommend and I won't be going anywhere else for any window or door repairs/instals.

Andy was an excellent support for me moving into my new home, he supported on the day of the move putting new temporary locks on whilst we ordered the more robust locks that we agreed would be best. Called Andy to help with a new build front door which was out of warranty, but the hinge had snapped. He came out exactly when he said he would, ordered parts, returned when he said he would and sorted it all out. As well as fixing some windows at the same time and upgrading our locks. And above all: a really nice bloke at the same time.

I contacted Andy at Highline Services to help with a door that would not lock. We discussed the issue over the phone first of all & he gave me an indication of the cost which I really appreciated in order to make a decision. Having decided to proceed, he came out same day & did a great job to fix the issue for a very reasonable price. Very quick & efficient service - I would highly recommend and use again in the future.

Andy has been excellent to work with. He came and measured up and gave quotes for work on the day I rang him. Our glass was ready within 2 weeks and he came and fitted as soon as he had it available. I recently had a kitchen door panel changed to clear glass with the result it has let through so much light from the conservatory. The kitchen used to be quite dark but Andy has transformed it with the glass panels. Excellent job and would thouroughly recommend his services.

Couldnt Lock my front door the other day and secure my home, and with my family inside was a concern for me and our safety.
