Called 3 times to speak to someone about why my loved ones calls are not going through and ALL 3 times the call was disconnected when they were transferring me to a supervisor. They opened a ticket on April 19th and the issue is STILL not fixed. The institution has reset the phone list twice. Apparently their only answer is "we'll open a ticket" which is absolutely useless.

Your phone person wrote down my credit card information and has been ordering things online including trying to hook up cable using my cc and info. What a nightmare. And I cannot reach anyone at this company, to help with this issue, or to resolve this matter, so it doesn't happen to others.

This place is terrible, no customer service WHAT SO EVER! They are rude and unprofessional and Blocked my phone number. I pay so much money and they are CROOKS! I had to get a whole other phone line to be able to talk to my boyfriend! Ridiculous and a scam! Lol yes I know, that is not what I am questioning! Dum dumb!

Company is a scam 50 dollars turns into 75 dollar payment by the end. Absolute joke this company has no business being involved with jail and prisons systems, I hope they go bankrupt as some point.
