Fast, efficient, reliable service. Used once before and based on the level of service received then, had not hesitation in calling Paul from Lock Assist out again. Brilliant service.

I contacted Lock Assist because they were recommended by a colleague and Paul was in touch within 5mins to discuss my request. They visited within a couple of days (it wasn't an emergency job) and I'm delighted with the lock. They gave realistic advice and guidance - great job. Highly recommend.

My back door key was bent in the lock and I could not get into the back garden (and therefore the garage which cannot be accessed from the front of the house.) Lock Assist were extremely efficient and friendly, attended the property quickly and carried out the work to a high standard, I would highly recommend them as a professional service.
