When CEO and Founder, Milan Mazic, launched Zicam in 1996 it was because he cared about people. He saw his business connections and their livelihoods at risk from insufficient security and poor protection. Low quality CCTV, ineffective fire systems and old-fashioned burglar alarms were widespread. So he decided to change it.

We have been working with Zicam for 6 years now during which time we have found them to be one of the most professional company's we have worked with. From design of the CCTV system, access and egress control, gates, barriers and doors was fantastic and went without any issues whatsoever. All H&S requirements were met and adhered to at all times. All engineers were very knowledgeable, very smart in appearance, vans were also gleaming.
They were always on site on time and often worked around our business to allow us to carry on with our daily tasks, this sometime meant that the engineers working weekends and nights, which was never a problem to them. Invoicing is always correct, Head office support to us is perfect. The after care we receive is second to none. Regular site meetings are carried out by Zicams MD, and more often than not Zicams CEO also comes to visit the sites.
Communication from Zicam is fantastic, they are always there to support our business they also listen to you as the customer. All in all we receive fantastic service from the whole team at Zicam and we are looking forward to some exciting projects in 2022 / 2023. I would highly recommend Zicam.

A company that doesn't value there staff I worked for these for 6 weeks started suffering from depression with everything going on around the time I spoke out to the company regarding my mental health not once did I get any support other than a meeting with HR and terminated my contract considering depression is a disability and is protected under the equality act 2010 i will be taking this further know
