We had a quote to copy some chubb keys for 15. We accepted and then when we came back to collect we were told the price was 20. We reluctantly paid and then to make matters worse, the key did not work so we had to return it and wait a further few days. The after-sales support was good but the sales floor team are flakey in their pricing which is not acceptable and so I'd advise anybody to get a written quotation or a receipt prior to service.

Went all the way there cause they do fobs. Got two fobs and two keys made and the keys completely do not fit. They close for the holidays and I can't make it back in time today and I'm going away on vacation for two months. Instead of just refunding me the 8 pounds they want me to come back or I have to go to the post office and pay to send the useless keys back. What an absolute hassle, their customer service isn't great, they guy on the phone was hopeless and wasn't even clear on how I will get it sorted if I post it. I now also have to run to a local key place and get keys made that actually fit. Waste of time and money I have to pay either to take the transport back or post.
