Needed new barrel lock urgently but expected it to need to be ordered. Man behind the counter very friendly and helpful and actually had the lock in store. He gave me clear guidance on how to install and said any problems to get in touch.

From the moment you enter you are made to feel like a special customer as they listen to understand your actual problem. What a bunch of knowledge people, there is definitely lots of experience there. Sad just how rude (and untrue) some comments are on here, they are NOT rude or a rip off. Specialist roles such as these have a great opportunity to over charge but NOT these guys. No job is too small for them and prices are very reasonable - try them, you maybe as impressed as I was.

Broken mechanism on sliding door meant that the door would not open. The member of staff attended and managed to open the door. The mechanism was broken and the repair necessitated arranging for a new part to be shipped from Italy and then installed. Service was exceptional and care was taken at all steps of the process. Very satisfied. Thank you
