My newbuild flat's lock turn handle broke while I was trying to leave, trapping me in the flat. Joe turned up within 30 minutes, did everything he could to help and the work replacing the lock took no time at all. Great guy, would recommend to anyone.

Super grateful to Joe for coming down in the recommended time frame and opening the door for us within a few minutes. I have used Joe a few times for different reasons. He is always friendly and reliable. Longest I have waited for him is 45mins when I am locked out. He solves problems to a high standard and won't use a cheap knock-off. His number is saved in my phone. Now if I could just stop locking myself out....
