Worked for this company for a while when they were called Brit Sec. They're very unorganized, there were times I had to do 24 hour shifts. They tried making do last minute shifts across the UK but I refused. One of the managers was very rude, forgot his name. Giving them 2 stars as opposed to 1 as they did pay on time albeit the national minimum wage and would deduct an hour for lunch.

Very rude manager! So he calls me at 4pm to discuss a job I applied for. I missed the call and he left a voicemail to call back when I can. I called back at 6pm and he tells me in a rude tone that I shouldn't call at that time and to call back tomorrow in office hours. What I don't understand is if you're going to get so hurt by receiving calls after 5pm then why use your personal number to contact people and ask them to call you back without telling them any specific times. Will definitely not work for these rude snowflakes.

A very poorly organised company. Senior team in Burton have absolutely no duty of care to there officers. Deductions are made when you leave (1,000 in my case) after realising what a cowboy company this actually is. A higher than average staff turnover. Unable to recruit or retain any newer staff. Working conditions are appauling, some sites do not even have any facilities! Would strongly recommend that you find an alternative employer, as otherwise you will deeply regret joining this outfit.

Ive used Herongrange since January 2020 and I have to say they are very professional. Their CCTV system and response service has proved to be a great solution for us.
