Fantastic service from Mike B's when we recently had an issue with our back door lock. Went to the shop to show them the issue we were having. They came out almost immediately and resolved the issue straight away. Great local service and reasonable pricing too! Thank you for fixing our issue so quickly :

Excellent, fast & professional service! Arrived in a timely manner as promised. Got jammed UPVC door open with broken key in lock, in literally 5 minutes. They had to go back to the shop for parts, then replaced lock assembly, key barrels, gearbox, door handles & latch plates on door frame, and supplied 3 new keys. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! :-

Called in to ask about a spare car key copy. I mentioned that I have a blank spare key and immediately shut me down by saying "No No No" with no explanation as to why and ended the call. Recommend brushing up on heartfelt customer service skills no matter what the situation.
