1 star review as it doesn't allow me to give zero stars. I've had a service and parts contract since install with T&D for 18 years with no issues and batteries etc replaced. Now this lot have taken over for last couple of years or so as bought over T&D. Requested keypad replacement as numbers worn off. Told this is not included and would need to be quoted for. Expect me to pay another 74 for a five minute walk around visit and then pay parts? No way they'll get another penny from me. Avoid at all costs.
