Euro Grade Safes

When looking for safes to house your important documents, cash and other valuables, choose a Euro-grade safe from Caledonian Lock & Safe, available in grades 0-6. To calculate the grade requirement for jewellery to be kept in a cash safe, you'll usually need to multiply the cash rating by a factor of five for commercial premises and by ten for domestic premises.

Had to use this company for emergency access when my lock broke. Despite being very helpful on the phone and sending someone out very quickly the person who attended was incredibly rude and aggressive, swore constantly and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. This was far beyond poor customer service with the guy seeming genuinely angry about doing the work. I would avoid this company at all costs.

24 hour service. Got locked out at 7pm. Called Caledonian locksmith and he arrived 10 mins later. Only took him a few seconds to open my door undamaged. Charge was 70 quid which some might say is too expensive but if I had to kick in my door, it would have cost hundreds to get a joiner to replace and secure any damaged to the woodwork and the door plus any damage to the locks.

Mark was outstanding! Really friendly, helpful guy. He came out to see what I needed and returned in the evening to fit a mortice lock on one of my doors. This was done at short notice. I watched him carefully and patiently cut away into the wood to make space for the lock. Very professional approach and very clean. A job very well done! I would definitely use him again if I needed locks fitted. Recommend Caledonian highly.
