Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Very very poor service. Rude attitude from the old lady answering the phone. Happy to take your cash but for some reason don't want to do the job they take the cash for. Avoid.

Had my alarm serviced today. My mom was there while I was at work and she called to say what a lovely young man the engineer was. His name was Dave. He was really friendly, helpful and extremely thorough in tested the alarm. Explained things simply and even went to the aid of my mom when she dropped some fruit on the floor and picked it all up for her then wiped the floor so that she didn't slip on it. Went above and beyond and I am really happy with the service we received. Please pass on our thanks to him.
