Will not be recommending 5 star alarms. Fobs not covered under service or warranty. Had a service before going on holiday. Used fob twice since being home. Guy came out told me it works intermittently and I can use panel. He phoned the office as I wasn't happy and they saying it my fault. Not good customer service or customer focused.

Happy with my alarm but the only problem is They fitted the control box in a electric cupboard and you can't hear the siren when it goes off properly

Had my alarm fitted today and I'm delighted with the result. The girls in the office were very helpful and straightforward, and my job was booked fast. By far the most reasonably priced alarm fitters out there, without question. The engineers did a fab job - nice, neat and tidy, no fuss. Highly recommend.

Very good service polite lad fitted it with in a hour and half tested it all shown me how to use fob which is very easy to use well worth the money to be able to leave u home with no worries about being burgled thanks very much job well done brilliant
