No good what so ever had bike stolen and tracker was ripped out in 5min and that was that took bike trac 9h to go to location of tracker and it was disposed of on top of a garage. Also I went to track down the thief's at the time it was stolen and bike trac disabled my view of where it was/going so couldn't even track it myself waste of money

So far all I have is positive reviews for this company. Luckily for me I've never had anyone try to steal my current bike but my previous one was stolen which led me to find these guys. every time I forget to put the bike in service mode to wash it or do some maintenance I've had calls from these guys asking me to confirm my details and check that the bike is safe. The app shows me where my bike is at all times and even gives me battery voltage alerts if it's running low.
It gives me a huge smile to know they're watching over it and the peace of mind to know when I park up that I'm likely to get it back if something bad happens. All in all they are on the ball and well priced. I can't rate them highly enough.

Excellent product and service! Being able to use the app to see where my baby is parked at all times, eliminates theft any anxiety one would have. Having experienced theft in the past, this is worth every penny to me! I have accidently moved the bike whilst armed on several occasion. The movement sensor is sensitive enough to trigger when simply washing the bike (when not in service mode), but heavy wind with a cover over the bike, flapping about, doesn't trigger it.
I always receive a call from the call center within a minute. They are always friendly. After some time, my tracking device failed to report it's location. I noticed this quickly as I regularly/daily open the app to make sure all is good. My email to support got responded to within minutes. The customer support is excellent. The best I have come across. I had a replacement shipped to my doorstep, the following day! These things happen. I cannot fault the product or the company, I praise they're excellence in customer service and would highly recommend. 5 stars

2 separate bikes, both from new needed a battery replacement even with being on a trickle charger. Unless you are riding the bike literally every day to charge the battery properly (even then I was having starting problems on the 125cc), you are going to have battery issues.

The best customer service I have ever experienced ever. After a minor issue booking my bike in to get a fitting I was contacted by Bill who sorted the whole thing out for me. The Tracker was fitted on Saturday and I've managed to set it off twice, so I received a push notification, a text and email. Within 1 minute I also got a phone call to check everything is ok and even checked I was who I said I was(essential If you get bike jacked) Absolutely the best piece of mind ever. So glad I invested in the tracker instead of an alarm that everyone else would ignore. Thanks again to Bill and the team.

Worth every penny, whilst on holiday in America the worst happened and I got a call to say my bike was being moved without the ignition on. sure enough it had been stolen but with biketrac my bike was recovered within hours with minimal damage. We were so lucky that we could trace the exact movements. I love the piece of mind you get from a small price each month.
