Took delivery this morning and I have to say for a budget system it's built like a pro system from other competitors, I've had many cameras over the years and I'm very impressed so far! Used a couple of times today so not able to comment on durability yet and after sales however I will leave another review in 6 months or so
Edit, so a bit later than 6 months lol almost 3 years, gotta say the camera has been a treat, very little downtime, only ever developed 1 fault which they fixed within 2 days, really great sturdy camera which maintained it image quality over the entire period, ijust ordered another one with more bells and whistles! Can't wait

We have been using Access Cameras for our sewer cameras since 2022, they have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Its a pleasure to always get someone on the phone straight away who knows what they're talking about and can help with our enquiry. We had some warranty work that needed urgent turn around, and they sorted the problem very quickly - would highly recommend them, especially if you value ongoing support.

Great experience from start to finish, very knowledgeable staff. We needed a pole mounted access camera to survey Solar installations where drones are not permitted. We hired a camera first as a trial, and then purchased a custom kit with waterproof/shockproof camera. Samantha and Rob provided a fantastic service and we are very happy with the kit provided. Highly recommended.

I've had a pro drain 3 for a few years now! And decided it's time to buy another one as my business is expanding, I have to say the pro drain 3 is an amazing but of kit and in the few years I have had it, it developed 1 fault on which these guys resolved within 2 days, it's certainly earned it money back! I'm now awaiting delivery on another pro drain but with the larger screen instead !

Excellent service as always from vlas motroplous. We have 3 of these drain cameras of various models from you guys and they are incredibly fast and sending out any replacement parts and covering the warranties with no hassle. I recommend them to other contractors as they are actually in the uk and can sort any issues easily. Plus the cameras are great value for money and the best I have used for finding drainage faults.

I purchased a drain camera a good few years ago and it just didnt work last week, I phoned about it on Tuesday and within a couple of hours a courier had collected it.
Wednesday afternoon I get a phone call telling me exactly what was wrong with it and that I could still still use the unit without the battery pack.
No hard sell no mucking me about, opted for a new battery pack and the unit was back with me on Thursday morning.
Best customer experience Ive had for years from anyone !

I have used Access Cameras for several years and found that the units are well built and last longer than others that we have used in the past. I would not use any other camera system, they do exactly what they say. I started with the suit case system and then progressed to the Pro series. The after sales service is great, you are dealt with professionally and someone to offer advise, and if there are any issues they understand that getting you back up and running is important and do this very quickly. I recent had a minor wear and tear issue which was turned around in a matter of days, they arranged collection and made the process easy. A great company to deal with and long may they continue.
