They often say "why are call out prices so expensive, if it only takes less than 15ish minutes to fix". It takes 15 mins to fix because you've spent years developing your skill in order to make your job look simple...So massive well done to Romans (RJ Locksmith Services LTD) who responded quickly this morning, and was over to fix the problem in less than hour from initial message!

Back door would not close and as it was late afternoon, doubted we would find someone to attend. Called RJ Locksmiths Services Ltd and Roman came almost straight away. He certainly knew what he was doing and within a short time, with some new parts, our door was fixed. So pleased with the outcome. This young man was courteous, professional, and his price for the job was reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Left message on RJ Locksmith Services Ltd. about my conservatory door which was not locking properly, with a date and time I was at home. Received a reply from Roman within 15 minutes with his labour rate price, which was acceptable. Roman arrived on time, Roman showed me what the problem was and what needed replacing. This was a door over 15 years old, so wear and tear was no surprise. Roman recommended changing the handle as again the mechanism was failing. Roman had all the parts and were replaced within 30 minutes. Door now locks and unlocks with no problem. I have just asked Roman to come back and take a look at my front door with the same problem.

Called Roman over the Christmas period as I could not secure a UPVC window due to a broken mechanism, he informed me of the price from the outset. He attended a few hours later and we discussed what options I had. He did the work and left the work space clean and tidy, really nice polite person and the work was a first class job. Payment was quick and easy. Thoroughly recommend Roman to do an excellent job.
