We called Regan at 9pm on a Saturday evening to help with an emergency after my partner's son got himself locked in the bathroom. He answered the phone straight away and was calm and clear about the process and associated costs. Once we booked him in, he left home immediately however, a little while after he'd started his journey, we managed to force the door open with a screwdriver. Regan very, very kindly turned round and didn't charge us a penny for the inconvenience. What a lovely guy! People like him are hard to find so I would highly recommended giving him a call!
