My technician came out when he said he would be here in no time. He was a nice guy. He was super acknowledged and described what he was going to do. Then he did it. No mess, no fuss. He even recognized an issue with a lock that the door/lock rep who fitted the door didn't even notice and the fix made the door lock much more easily
