***EDITED REVIEW*** Left a negative review as they didn't initially get back to me (checked spam folders etc). Following this they got back to me and responded in a timely fashion to the email exchange. Clearly know their stuff. I just need to pop down and get the keys sorted. ***EARLIER REVIEW*** Didn't bother to respond to an email enquiry regarding some keys. Edit - Following update from owner I have checked again, but cant find a reply in any folders - recontacted them for benefit of doubt and will update review accordingly in due course

I came in with a full multi lock mechanism looking for a replacement. The guys and girls over at Bolton Lock Company checked it out and instead of billing me circa 180 for a full mechanism they found the faulty part on the mechanism and replaced it for 65. I saved money and they gained a happy customer. Professional service throughout. Would recommend 100%
