Services include route-based inspections and emergency response deployment.
Keyholding & Alarm Response
As SIA-approved keyholders, we provide 24/7 emergency response for alarm activations at commercial and domestic properties. Our trained officers attend premises within 20 minutes to resolve issues, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and providing peace of mind through rapid incident resolution and post-activation security checks.

Designed for unoccupied properties, these inspections prevent vandalism, theft, and insurance complications. Our SIA-licensed officers perform security checks, manage mail, and identify maintenance issues. Services meet insurance requirements and help maintain property value during extended vacancies through regular, unannounced visits.

We employed Black and White Security to key hold and do regular security checks on our house while we are organising building work and disabled adaptations. We can't live in the property yet but need access for various contractors, sometimes at very short notice, and regular checks on the property for our peace of mind. We have found black and white to be reliable and flexible, it's been such a relief to not have to worry about our property while we are unable to live there.
They have responded quickly and efficiently to changing situations and I'm really pleased we chose to employ them. I would recommend them to anyone needing an on the spot agent to look after their vacant property. It's such a relief knowing that they are looking after our house until we can move in.

I've had the pleasure of working with Black & White Key Security for over 10 years as I've moved through multiple flagship organisations. An extremely professional company with effects that reflect there professionalism. Very flexible in times of short notice as key holders for the current building managed by themselves. I would highly recommend there services without any hint of hesitation.

We have been using Black & White Key Security Ltd for longer than I have been with our company and can honestly say for 8 years they have been brilliant! Super reliable, professional and great value for money. Call outs or extra response visits are no trouble to arrange. Nothing but good to say about them and would recommend to anyone looking for security or key holding/first response.
