Efficiency at its best. I contacted Katie Dyer from my letting agency after locking myself out, she arranged for her father, Mr Dyer, to attend the property within 15 minutes. Mr Dyer solved the issue within 5 minutes and did not leave a single scratch. Pricing was highly competitive as well. It is the second time this year I have had the utter pleasure to deal with the Dyer family.professionalism, outstanding level of service and efficiency clearly run in their DNA. Highly recommended!

A great service. Bob came to assist with a lock-out in just 10 minutes. He carefully assessed all the options and explained the process before swiftly getting to work. After gaining access he then promptly fitted a new lock which had better safety features than our existing lock and left everything tidy and secure. A thoroughly professional service, thank you.

We lost our front door key and with a two year olds and 7 month old needed to get in ASAP, we were stuck in the car at the time. We got through to Bob, explained what happened, sent him a picture and he was at our house in 15 minutes. He looked at the lock with my husband and we were in the house 10 minutes later. I can't recommend him enough!

We had the pleasure of using Bob's expertise today for my Father's very old aluminium framed door handle and lock. Although we have known of Bob and his great reputation for a number of years, this is the first time we have needed his experience, sound knowledge and repair skills. I cannot recommend Bob highly enough, if you ever need a locksmith make sure he is the first person you call.
