Philip kindly updated a lock on my door to be compliant for insurance purposes, he said only one of the locks needed to be updated so for that i am grateful he didn't try replace the entire door locking system. Very professional.

We rang Phil at lunchtime and he offered to come the same day, as his last job of the day. Very polite and friendly, obviously knew what he was doing, completely reseated and aligned our door, and fixed the opening mechanism. The difference in opening our door now is amazing. Highly recommend. Service: Repair hardware
