Rude staff and company and least empathetic ever to deal with. Took over a lease on a commercial business - no details on the alarm tried to get a disconnect in July - didn't happen, and even in a major power outage with a screaming alarm didn't call back - their response was their customers who have a contract were being dealt with and despite calls - ours were never logged. It literally took 60 seconds to put in a code to stop it!
As they knew we didn't have a contract they knew it wasn't a burglary but decided instead that people who had been without power for 70 hours would have to wait even longer to have the incessant noise stopped! I was trying to serve coffee to local residents who had had no heat, power or warm food or drinks in three days - but they had to have it with a screaming alarm. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Brilliant service upgrading our current alarm system to a more modern one! Although our alarm system wasnt that old, it only did the basics. So impressed with the service we received from Nova from start to finish. Would highly recommend them!

MOST RUDE COMPANY EVEN THE RECEPTION STAFF literally had my systems down for 6 months was waiting for a service and called every other week only to be shouted at and had the phone shut in my face as soon as i'll mention my name. Nova Alarms LTD do not care about their clients and due to my system being down i was burgled and now insurance won't cover my expenses cheers guys
