It is a scam company! Stay away from them. They use an old fashion system with stupid fingerprint devices. They sell fingerprint devices with ridiculous prices, even it looks stupidly cheap. You can find better fingerprint, bioreader which connect cloud server with data backup. The company I work for; they paid 8k for implementation and 10 fingerprint reader, after first meeting, they could not provide service they promised. and we wanted to finished nicely.
We requested money back for fingerprints only. They said they will do refund after receiving items back. we send with tracking and they had confirmed as received. we send several emails for refund. 8 months passed already, they do not replay emails and ignore sending full refund back.
