ID Card Printers
Lesar UK offers a comprehensive range of ID card printers, including single-sided, dual-sided, and retransfer models. These printers cater to diverse needs, from basic photo ID cards to advanced access control solutions with embedded chips. Our printers ensure high-quality, durable output with security features like holographic overlays and QR code encoding.
Access Control Systems
We provide electronic access control systems integrating proximity cards, smart cards, and biometric readers. These systems enhance security by restricting entry to authorised personnel, with real-time monitoring and integration capabilities for fire alarms and visitor management software. Solutions are scalable for small businesses or large enterprises.
Visitor Management
Our visitor management software streamlines guest registration, issuing temporary ID badges with customisable templates. Features include automated check-in/check-out, digital sign-in, and integration with access control systems to ensure secure, efficient visitor tracking and compliance with data protection regulations.
Custom Lanyards
We supply fully customisable lanyards in various materials and colours, printed with logos or messages. These lanyards serve dual purposes: enhancing brand visibility and ensuring easy identification for staff, event attendees, or visitors, with options for retractable reels and breakaway safety clips.
Plastic Cards
Our plastic cards include blank PVC, eco-friendly, and specialised options with magnetic stripes, barcodes, or contactless chips. Available in standard CR80 size, these cards are compatible with most printers and ideal for staff ID, membership programs, loyalty schemes, and secure access applications.

I just dealt with Jaden on the sales team and the service was second to none. He knew exactly what I needed and swiftly gave me a price and a payment link. Service like this is hard to find in 2022. I look forward to purchasing more from Lesar.

Our printer had been ordered by someone who has now left so I was starting from zero knowledge. Staff have been really patient and friendly explaining the most basic functions to me. We had to send the machine for repair and that was done very quickly. Now up to speed printing lots of cards! Thank you.

Terrible after sales service. They'll sell you an expensive machine and then when you find it doesn't work well with Apple laptops / desktops and ask for support ONLY THEN do they tell you that they will only provide product support you if you use Microsoft based systems. Disgraceful in this day and age. Avoid this company at all costs if you use Apple computers.

I'm not one for writing reviews usually, but I've just got to say I was really impressed with the speed & high level of service I received today from Lesar UK when submitting my order for work ID cards. From making my enquiry to finalising the order it literally took one phone conversation & a couple of emails. Thanks Lesar & in particular to Helen who was fantastic serving me today.
