Critical: Professionalism Rang these guys 3 times to try pick the lock on my van and got told every time I would be receiving a phone call back urgently to resolve this matter. 3 hours later still nothing so I rang a fourth time and got told they don't pick these sort of locks.

Used the key cutting service in-store a few times now and I'm very pleased with it. Price is good, service is quick and friendly. One set of keys I had made was for a bit of an obscure garage key that two other places didn't stock and since then, this is my go-to place for key cutting.

Critical: Professionalism Rang as the handle broke and was locked in the house. I was told that a the repair man would ring asap. 2 1/2 hours later I rang back and then he said he could get the door open but I wouldn't be able to lock it again. That's pretty much breaking it even more. Useless.
