Established in 1958, Eden Group are one of the first companies in Edinburgh and East Central Scotland providing television aerial and satellite services. Our services include Digital Television Aerial & Satellite Installation, Repairs and Maintenance, Freeview, Freesat and Sky. Advanced systems include Integrated Reception Systems (IRS), Satellite Master Antenna Television (SMATV), Multiroom and Audio Visual Installations. Over the years, the Eden Group in Edinburgh have grown as a company to provide a wide range of services in order to accommodate an ever increasing demand from customers.

For our private and domestic customers we provide a wide range of installation and maintenance services. As a family run business for over 52 years, we have established a good reputation with our customers. Many customers return to us 20 or even 30 years later. Over 80% of our private work is either used before or recommended.
For our commercial customers we can provide various installations, maintenance and support services. These range from single systems to multi-capacity systems across our departmental services. You can open an account and have work managed utilising various operational models. These can be tailored to suit your needs.
Eden Group has a well established operational model in place to support Social Housing. We understand the needs of tenants and the demands and expectations with all concerned. Our aim is to provide a high level of service at a competitive price. The operational model can be tailored to meet customers' needs, for example, different job response times can be established.
For landlords we can manage all aspect of our repair work whether you live near by or not. When a request. Our maintenance and repair services offered to Housing Association includes well established operational. Eden Group have been working with the majority of factors in and around the Edinburgh area.

Eden were recommended to me by the employment agency from my previous interim role. I have always found the team extremely friendly and easy to deal with, and when registering with them I was welcomed to their offices to have a chat about the services they provide and to complete the necessary arrangements. When I moved to a new role with a different agency I insisted on retaining their services.
I am glad I did - there have been delays with information from my present agency potentially resulting in me not being paid on a number of occasions, and Lisa and Danielle have always been quick to telephone me and keep me updated. Any requests for information or updates are always dealt with by return, which is extremely comforting.

I initially used EdenGroup in 2016 and had a smooth time whilst temporarily contracting. When I returned to contracting full time in 2019, I was initially persuaded by my agency to use their preferred Umbrella company. This other company made many errors and had appalling customer service. I swiftly returned to EdenGroup to save the day. The best things about this company are the personalised service.
I have no idea how many employees they hold, but you have consistency and they have the feel and passion of a small business. This company corrected and prevented me underpaying tax after a previous company messed up. They were patient, explained calculations in meticulous detail and are always keen to get the job done "right". I have referred many friends to EdenGroup and would be highly reluctant to move away from them.
As an individual who was new to contracting they have made as easy, if not more, than being an employee. Additionally, having compared many companies, EdenGroups fees are very competitive for the service provided. Juliet has been amazing, particularly during Covid and has pointed out ways of me saving me a few times in ways that I would not have known. Best umbrella company out there for contractors.

Used Eden group as an umbrella company when contracted by Discovery. (Due to new IR 35 regulations I need a company to process payroll.) They were absolutely fantastic! They made the process as painless as possible, nudged me to fill in the right form when I needed to, respond instantly to any enquiries and sent me clear payslip info. I was dreading doing this but they made it a piece of cake. Thank you!
