Where do I start? Firstly I would like to say it started off so well, was guaranteed hours and a secure job roll. that's all!, now for the not so good; the place I was guarding for two years has now closed down and being made into student accommodation, there were talks that the security will be no longer wanted it, has taken two months for the management to get in touch and that was down to me sending an email saying I was worried about where my next wage will be coming from, Anthony brown the area manager fed me with "there will be work" so my response was (as and when?) and he said yes.
I have a family of four that rely on me bringing in a monthly wage to keep us afloat and to be told that near to Christmas is quite shocking! There was no communication on the matter I was told a month literally a month before it closes, very unprofessional and the lack of empathy is quite astounding, Night wage 8.21 disgusting!
