I have been a customer for over 30 years and don't know what has gone so badly wrong with this company. I requested a quote for a replacement alarm (at their engineers suggestion) six months ago. After numerous calls and emails, a sales person came to do a survey, it seemed like they had no records of our installation. Four months on, no quote, not one phone call returned despite promises, all we got were invoices for the service.

Today I have received details of what looks like 215 statements from their database showing customer details which is a serious Data Protection Breach. I couldn't recommend this company now based on my recent very poor experience

FIVE STARS from start to end. From friendly but expert site survey, they listened to our preferences yet explained /advised on technical specs in a way we could understand. They are concious of costs without compromising on quality and we are more than satified whilst making good savings against our (well known) previous provider. They are aware of current insurance industry minimum specs which is vital.

We were so pleased we had them install cctv as well as security. First class, thorough engineers, follow-up like nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
