HVM Shallow Mount Bollards were originally designed to combat the problematic fitting of traditional bollards which require deep foundations and can cause inconvenience when exposing a range of services, prohibiting installation. I have dealt with this company a number of times over the years with no problems. They have now been taken over and the service level is shocking. It has taken over a month of chasing to complete a very simple order of some replacement bollards and then when they finally arrived they were missing keys. It has now been over 10 days of chasing and I still haven't received them. Be warned!

Posts are ok, will break in the long run. Trying to purchase parts to repair is like banging your head against a wall. We'll call you back, fill out a form, email this person, sorry there not here now email this address, fill this form out it's never ending. Have been trying to order handles for almost 2 weeks now. Will update if i actually get someone to sell me something Just bare this in mind, if they go wrong and need replacement parts your bascially on your own

Ordered a part and was charged 10.30 plus vat for carriage (12.36). The part arrived in a Jiffy bag with 3.20 paid for postage. Won't be ordering from here again! Update 29/9/15. Having had no choice but to order from here again we explained the overcharging on the last order and was told there was nothing the person on the phone taking the order could do about it.
The order arrived today having again paid 10.30 plus vat (12.36) the postage paid this time was only 2.50. Obviously not a clerical error as we were told this is a standard delivery charge no matter what and there was nothing he could do about it. Not good!
