The reset was not set up correctly. It is now not right to use due to the privacy laws. I was told a call out would cost 75! I told him it was his mistake and he should correct it. He said he would ring when he was in the office and sat at his computer - to take me through the procedure. That was 13 days ago! So much for the speedy service they claim they have!

I will give Camtec security the first Google review Having thought about home cctv for a number of years we contacted Camtec security. Extremely good communication, contacts you when they say they will. Cctv system fitted today. Highly recommended very efficient. Very pleased with system that is in. We would highly recommend Camtec security, you won't be disappointed.
